Peru River Running

December 22, 2008.

O.A.R.S. guides and friends and whitewater rafting enthusiasts and facebook fans, Zak Sears, Mike and Dan Thurber, Dave and Kase (sorry, don’t know their last names) are in South America yak’ing their brains out.  They’ve run the Mapacho, also known as the Rio Paucartambo, the Río Sacsara, a fairly clear tributary of the Santa Teresa, as well as the Lucumayo.

You can follow their journey from their blog – The Water Cycle.

Safe journeys guys!  Looking forward to hearing your stories in person…
